Recently, Prof. Wei Min, Director of the Academic Affairs Division of NENU, and the relevant persons in charge of the International Cooperation and Exchange Division arrived in the UK at the invitation of St. John's College, University of Cambridge, UK to participate in the 2018 Sino-British Education International Summit co-sponsored by St. John's College and the Sino-British Development Center.
At the conference, Sun Desheng, Professor of the International Cooperation and Exchange Division, gave a keynote speech entitled "International Development of Northeast Normal University", showing British universities the results achieved by NENU in recent years and the current status of internationalization.
