Delegation of NENU Was Invited to Visit the SisterSchools in Tanzania and South Africa

From April 8th to April 15th, Vice President Guo Jianhua of NENU led a delegation to Dares Salaam University, Open University in Tanzania, and Pretoria University of South Africa for a friendly visit.

During the visit to Open University of Tanzania, the two sides renewed the memorandum of cooperation and agreed to further promote the exchange and cooperation between the two universities in scientific research cooperation, student training and alumni work.

During the visit to Dares Salaam University, GuoJianhua and his colleagues held talks with Prof. William A. L. Anangisye, the new president of the university. The two sides exchanged views on scientific research cooperation, master's orientation training, joint academic achievement and academic issues of common concern. After the meeting, the delegation visited the China Library Building Project of Dares Salaam University built by the Chinese government.

During the visit, the delegation also conducted in-depth exchanges with the Ministry of Innovation and Research, the Faculty of Education, and the Faculty of Science of Agriculture of the relevant schools (departments) and institutions visited.
