The Final of the 23rd China Daily "21stCentury·Coca-Cola Cup" National English Speaking Competition (University Group) was held in Hangzhou Normal University from April 13th to 15th. After fierce competition, Li Ruolin, a Grade-Four English Major (Technical Communication ) from the School of Foreign Languages, won the third prize (advisor: Associate Professor Qiu Yunlong).
The competition was jointly sponsored by China Daily and Coca-Cola Greater China, undertaken by 21st Century English Education & Media Group, and its theme is "Belt and Road: China and the World". More than 100,000 students from more than 900 universities in different provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly administered by the central government, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan participated in this competition.
