Zhu Guangshan, dean of the School of Chemistry, introduced the major scientific research project of the Ministry of Science and Technology the laboratory has undertaken and the second prize of the National Natural Science Award resulted from the project. He walked into the laboratory, communicated with the researchers cordially and encouraged them to develop their abilities and build a bridge between basic research and practical applications.
