On May 13th, in the 18th China Youth Robotics Contest in Jilin District (University Group), Li Bolun, Hao Jingyi and Wang Yanmei (instructor: Wang Lianming) of the School of Physics of NENU won the championship of the NAO robot dance group; Chen Jiaxing, Wu Xin and Zhang Rou (instructor: Zhang Wenjuan) won the second prize of the NAO robot golf group; Bai Xiaotian, Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Jing (instructor: Zhang Wenjuan) won the third prize of the computer mouse group.
The competition was hosted by the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Association and the Education Department of Jilin Province, sponsored by Jilin Provincial Adolescent Science and Technology Center, Jilin Robotics Society, Changchun Education Bureau and Changchun University of Technology Institute of Artificial Intelligence. There were more than 140 teams and more than 400 college students in Jilin Province participating in the contest.
