Invited by the Library of NENU, Xiao Long, deputy curator of the Library of Peking University came to our university to give a lecture on June 30th. Liu Wanguo, the curator of our library and the relevant persons in charge of the library attended the meeting.
In the lecture, Xiao Long started from the research orientation of the Library of Peking University, and introduced the new situation and new themes of university libraries, namely globalization, digitization and "Double First-rate". Then, taking Peking University as an example, she focused on ten new developments of innovative services in university libraries. Through detailed instructions and rich graphic display, Xiao Long provided new methods for the innovative supporting service our library can provide for of the "Double First-rate" construction of NENU.
