On July 1st, the School of Mathematics and Statistics held the 13th Forum for Master and Doctor Candidates. Professor Gao Hang, standing committee member of the Party Committee of NENU, Professor Sun Wei, associate dean of the Graduate School, and Professor Fan Meng, dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.A total of 26 doctors and 19 undergraduates have made academic reports in this forum. In order to further improve the level of internationalization and enhance the international exchanges of graduate students, this forum opened the first English report group for the first time.
A total of 6 doctoral students and 4 master students reported their research results in English. After a fierce competition, the doctoral group selected 4 first prizes and 9 second prizes. The master's team selected 4 first prizes and 5 second prizes. More than 100 teachers and graduate students participated in the forum.
