Recently, the Jilin Provincial Selection Contest of the 10th Blue Bridge Cup National Software and Information Technology Talent Competition was held successfully. 44 students of NENU participated in the two categories of programming competitions, C/C++ and JAVA. Among them, 10 students won first prizes, 9 students won second prizes, and 11 students won third prizes. Among the winners of Group A of Programming with C/C+, there were 16 first prizes in Jilin Competition Area. NENU accounted for 10 of them, and the top three were all the students of NENU. The students who won the first prize will go to Beijing to participate in the final from May 25th to 26th. Besides, NENU has won the awards of Excellent Educational Institution and Excellent Organizational Unit.
The competition was jointly organized by Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center. More than 60,000 undergraduates from over 1,200 colleges and universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University have registered to participate in this competition.
