Recently, the National Post-Doctoral Management Committee announced the list of postdoctoral innovative talents support plan (hereinafter referred to as "Boxin Plan") in 2019. Dr. Guo Jinzhi of School of NENU Chemistry received financial support and achieved a breakthrough in the "Boxin Plan" of NENU.
"Boxin Plan" is a new support plan for top young talents set up by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee. Combining with key research bases such as National Laboratory, aiming at the frontier fields of national major strategy, strategic high-tech and basic science, in order to attract outstanding doctoral students who are recent graduates, and engage in post-doctoral research in post-doctoral organizations in China. The aim is to speed up the cultivation of a group of outstanding young scientific and technological innovative talents who have entered the world's scientific and technological frontier, which is another important measure to cultivate high-level innovative young top-notch talents in our country.
In 2019, the Boxin Plan funded 400 people nationwide, with a total fund of 600,000 yuan per person for two years. Dr. Guo Jinzhi, who has been granted the fund, will enter the center for post-doctoral studies of physics in NENU and engage in the research of new material technology in the field of modern industrial technology.
