Recently, under the guidance of Jilin Provincial Department of Education and sponsored by Jilin University College of Physics, the 2nd Physics Experiment Competition of Jilin University Students in 2018 was held. Nine students of School of Physics of NENU won the first prize, seven students won the second prize, three students won the third prize and two students won the excellent award (instructors: Wang Lianming, Jia Yan, Li Mingfei, Wang Chunliang, Xu Mingqi, Hongxia, Cui Shiju and Xu Ying).
A total of 267 participants from 82 teams from 22 universities across the province participated in the competitions for 3 projects in Group A and 3 projects in Group B.
