Recently, the 2018 Microteaching, Ideological and Political Course and Teaching Theory Summit Forum and the 8th Master of Education (Subject Teaching and Ideological and Political Course) Teaching Skills Demonstration Activity of the "Chinese Cup" were successfully held, hosted by the China Educational Technology Association and sponsored by the College of Marxism of Central China Normal University.
More than 180 teachers and students from more than 40 universities including East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Southwest University, Shanxi Normal University and NENU participated in the forum. In the forum, Professor Yang Xiulian from the School of Political Science and Law, shared the development process of the discipline teaching (Ideological and Political Course) specialty in NENU in the past ten years and the unique training program of Master of Education, which provided a reference for other colleges.
In the demonstration activity of teaching skills, Meng Kai, Xiao Shuyue and Ko Meina, the 2018 postgraduates of the School of Political Science and Law, were awarded the first, second and third national prizes respectively. Meanwhile, Yang Xiulian, Li Chunhui and Wei Wei, the teachers of the School of Political Science and Law, were awarded the "Excellent Instructor Award".
