Recently, the collection and evaluation of "2017 (13th) China Star of China Design Award" have been completed successfully. The activities were guided by China Packaging Federation and organized by the Design Committee of China Packaging Federation and the School of Visual Communication Design of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. The packaging design work "Huili", designed by Li Yitong, a Grade-One graduate student of NENU majoring in visual communication design, won the gold award in the student group under the guidance of Associate Professor Liu Bingxin from the School of Fine Arts.
This award was founded and managed by the Design Committee of China Packaging Federation in 1983.It has a remarkable feature of industrial management. In addition, it is a professional and authoritative activity with high historical, academic value and a distinctive feature of commodity. It received 10,562 pieces/sets of works submitted by individuals and institutions from 33 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities directly administered by the central government (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). In the student group, 2 pieces of works won the gold award of “Hope Star” Packaging Design.
