Recently, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security commended a group of advanced collectives of the national education system, national model teachers and national outstanding teachers. Gao Hang, a professor from the School of Mathematics and Statistics and Chen Yanjie, a superfine teacher from the High School Attached to Northeast Normal University, won the honorary title of “National Model Teachers”, and Research Institute of Rural Education of NENU won the honorary title of “Advanced Collective of National Education System”. 718 “National Model Teachers”, 79 “Advanced Workers of National Education System”, 597 “Advanced Collectives of National Education System”, 1,432 “National Excellent Teachers” and 158 “National Excellent Educators” were honored, and 1355 “National Teaching Achievement Awards” were conferred in the conference.
