Ministry of Education recently issued the Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Implementation of the "Double 10,000 Plan" for the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Majors, which plans to build about 10,000 national first-class undergraduate majors and 10,000 provincial first-class undergraduate majors in 2019-2021. NENU declared a quota of 20 in 2019.
