Organized by the Academy for Research in Teacher Education and Center for Faculty Development, part of the teachers in pedagogy and excellent teachers of our university visited Taiwan for research and training from June 9th to 16th. Twelve teachers from 10 schools (departments) of our university participated in the activity.
The training activity includes both theory and practice. The teachers visit Chongyang Primary School in Sanchong City, Xinpu Middle School in Banqiao District, University of Taipei, Taiwan University, Taiwan Normal University, Chaoyang University of Technology, Chung Yuan Christian University, Nanshan High School, KidsAwesome Museum and Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. They also attended 12 lectures under the titles of “The Current Situations and Development of Higher Education in Taiwan”, “The Developing Ideologies and Current Situations of College Teachers’ Teaching Development” and so on. After study and examination, they all obtained the certificates of completion.
