Recently, entrusted by the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education, nine members of the Ministry of Education's "Expert Group from Educational Management Informatization "came to NENU to conduct a special investigation and research on the practice and experience of "one-stop service" educational governance reform through the "online service hall".
Chen Wenzhi, Vice-Chairman of the Expert Group from Educational Management Informatization of the Ministry of Education and Director of Information Technology Center of Zhejiang University, Zhou Xinyi fromDevelopment Planning Office of the Educational Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the Educational Informatization Branch of the Chinese Society of Higher Education Zhu Lianrong, Yunxia, Director of External Cooperation of Information Technology Center of Zhejiang University, Vice President of NENUGuoJianhua, Zou Yunlong, Director of Information Management and Planning Office of NENU, some experts from Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Normal University as well as staff of Information Office of NENU participated in the investigation and research.
At the research seminar, GuoJianhua gave an overall introduction of NENU to the expert group. Zou Yunlong made a report on the general idea, basic situation and working characteristics of the informatization construction in NENU in recent years, including top-level design of informatization, system mechanism, network information security, construction results, etc. Xu Hongyan, deputy director of the Information Office of NENU, reported on the construction of the online service hall, its main experience and practices, as well as the difficulties encountered in implementing the reform of "one-stop service" and the ideas and measures to solve them. At the research seminar, participants also had extensive and in-depth exchanges on the development trend of "one-stop service" and data governance issues.
The research group fully affirmed the information construction work of NENU, and highly appraised the construction of NENU's online service hall and all-round and systematic information support work. At the same time, the expert group hoped that NENU would actively sum up the construction experience and provide useful reference for other universities to carry out the work of "one-stop service".
