On November 11th, the 6th “Gongcheng Cup” Northeastern Universities Model Court Competition jointly organized by Jilin University and Gongcheng Law Firm came to an end. The team from the School of Politics and Law of NENU won the championship after four rounds of competition in three days.
24 teams including the School of Law of Jilin University, the School of Humanities and Law of Northeastern University, the School of Law of Liaoning University, the School of Law of Heilongjiang University participated in the event. The judges are from the Supreme People’s Court Circuit Court, the high courts of the three provinces in Northeast China, senior lawyers from Jilin Gongcheng Law Firm, and professors from the School of Law of Jilin University. Since the first competition in 2013, the School of Politics and Law of NENU has won two championships and one runner-up.
