From March 14th to 15th, the “Graduates’ Employment of Northeast Normal Universities and Colleges Alliance and 2020 NENU Spring Online Bidirectional Election Session” hosted by our university was successfully held. This bidirectional election session is launched mainly for 28 normal colleges and universities in northeast region. It attracted nearly 1,000 employers from 29 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) across the country and provided nearly 60,000 jobs. Nearly 13,000 graduates from more than 500 universities participated in the session, and more than 40,000 resumes were submitted. Nearly 500 online interviews were held, and the number of clicks of the session was over 170,000. People’s Daily, Xinhuanet, China Youth Daily client and other central media, as well as Jilin TV’s program “Jilin News Broadcast” reported this bidirectional election session.
The bidirectional election session took the form of online recruitment. Employers and graduates conducted online introduction, online communication, resume submission and interactive interviews on the network platform throughout the whole process. The overall situation was positive, and employers and graduates were satisfied with the form of online recruitment.
