Student from NENU Won Prize in the National English Speech Contest

Recently, the final of the “21st Century Cup” National English Speech Contest by China Daily was held in Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center. Chen Hanyun, a 2018 undergraduate student majoring in English from the School of Foreign Languages of NENU, won the second prize of the national final (instructor: Associate Professor Jiang Li).

The “21st Century Cup” National English Speech Contest has received keen attention from students of all ages at home and abroad since its kickoff in September 2019. A total of more than 1 million students participated in the contests of various groups. More than 400 contestants from all over the country advanced to the final.
