Recently, the winners list of the 13th Changbai Mountain Literature and Art Award in Jilin Province was announced. The symphony chorus "Changbai Mountain Symphony" created by Xu Dunguang of the School of Music won the prize of music works. The group dance "Another Spring in Changbai" created by Xie Fei, Yao Lei and He Huaming of the School of Music won the prize of dance works, and the sculpture "Eight Women Fighters" created by Li Xuanfeng of the School of Arts won the prize of art works.
Changbai Mountain Literature and Art Award is the highest prize of literature and art field in Jilin Province established by Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. It started in 1985 and was selected once every three years. After decades of development, it has become a well-known literature and art award in Northeast China and even the whole country.
