In order to implement the important decisions and deployments on employment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of cooperative schools, on October 12, the third joint recruitment fair for Basic Education Cooperative School was held in our school, which was jointly organized by the Student Employment Guidance Service Center of our school and the affiliated school work office.
The job fair was held simultaneously in the form of on-site presentations and online live broadcasts. Representatives of each partner school introduced the basic situation of the school, theory on school management, and job requirements. 90 positions were set up in this recruitment fair, attracting 480 people to sign up, including more than 300 graduates from Northeast Normal University.
In recent years, the joint recruitment fair for the basic education cooperative schools of Northeast Normal University has attracted a large number of outstanding talents, and has promoted the new development of basic education. It has received support from Northeast Normal University and the relevant departments of the cooperative schools. It has further played the leading and demonstrative role of the cooperative school in the region and improved the quality of local basic education, to help these regions and schools absorb education talents, and promote the high-level, balanced and high-quality development of regional education.
