Recently, the School of Physical Education has launched the “Voluntary Service for Teachers and Students of Northeast Normal University in Sports Activities” to fully meet the service requirements of related units, which was part of the efforts to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Party.
The School of Physical Education and the Student Financial Aid Management Center first reached a service docking intention, taking the “Pomegranate Flower” construction project as the first batch of key service support projects. This project thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important argument on national work that “promoting all nationalities to hug each other like pomegranate seeds.” The “Pomegranate Flower” national flag guard of honor was formed by seven students. The School of Physical Education organized a coaching team for the “Pomegranate Flower” national flag guard of honor, designed training programs, and selected training venues specially. After systematic training, the flag-raising ceremony, speech under the national flag and other activities were held for the majority of students. In the ceremony, the patriotism and consciousness of national unity were internalized in every student’s heart, and it was to promote students’ patriotism and build a sense of Chinese national community. .
