In order to further promote the education of party history, encourage teachers and students to learn history, and deeply grasp the spiritual essence and theoretical connotation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the library hosted the party history knowledge contest organized by the Library and Information Work Committee of Jilin Colleges and Universities from May 20 to June 16 for more than 60 universities in Jilin province.
The competition adopts a combination of "learning", "competition" and "enlightenment". First, participants need to log in to the "Ideological and Political Course" or the "New Era Lecture Hall" database supported by CNSCI Soft Educational Technology (Beijing) Corporation and learn the "Course on Party History Learning and Education". The course covers the party's initial mission, glorious course, great spirit, valuable experience, innovative theory, etc.. Only when the "competition points" accumulated by studying courses reach 100 points can contestants participate in the formal competition.
The competition combines the educational activities on the theme of party history with the special seminars on ideological and political education, so as to integrate "learning the party history" with "realizing the thought", and constantly improves the consciousness and firmness of studying and implementing the party history in combination with the hundred years of struggle of the Communist Party of China.
