The 19th International Conference on Luminescence (ICL2020) which was undertook by NENU was held at Changchun South Lake Hotel, Jilin Province from July 26 to 30, with the assistance of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Jilin University. International Conference on Luminescence (ICL) is an academic conference with highest level in global luminescence field, which occurs every three years. China held the conference for two times before, in 1987 and in 2005, respectively.
