Recently, the result of the 1st election of “Famous Cultural Experts” and “Cultural Talents” was published, and Professor Zhang Wendong, Dean of School of Media Science/School of Journalism, NENU, won the reputation of “Famous Cultural Expert” (Class A); Professor Liu Lian, Director of Professor Committee of Conservatory of Music, NENU, won the reputation of “Famous Cultural Expert” (Class B); Professor Li Deshan, Head of Northeast Nationality and Folklore Museum, won the reputation of “Cultural Talents” (Class A).
The selection of “Famous Cultural Experts” and “Cultural Talents” in Changchun aims at producing an excellent atmosphere for development of cultural talents, perfect cultural talent cultivation and incentive mechanism, playing the leading role of cultural talents, and encouraging all personnel who are responsible for publicizing ideology and culture to follow the example of “Famous Cultural Expert” and “Cultural Talents” selected through this election, to focus on the strategic goal of making Changchun strong through culture, to show new responsibilities, realize new breakthroughs, and exemplify new commissions, to make efforts to promote the work of publicizing ideology in Changchun to a new stage, and to provide strong cultural foundation for overall and all-directional revitalization of Changchun.
