The society has more than 30 provincial and municipal local research associations and 14 professional committees including experimental design, medical and biological statistics, sampling survey, survival analysis, multivariate analysis, education statistics and management. It is one of the most famous domestic academic groups.
The election of the two professors in NENU is a positive reflection of the fruits of NENU’s construction of the statistics discipline over the years, a significant sign of the improvement of the discipline’s reputation, and an important achievement in NENU’s double-class discipline construction.
