Due to the sudden outbreak of the epidemic, the teaching method on campus was shifted from offline to online. Recently, in the face of the change of teaching methods during online teaching, in order to better adapt students to the new learning methods and improve their learning efficiency, the Faculty of Chemistry has held an online exchange and sharing meeting to help students effectively solve their problems and difficulties encountered in the online learning.
During the sharing session, the students shared their course notes, mind maps, etc. to share their learning experience to everyone, tease out the professional content for the students, and show their knowledge system. In addition, many students shared their online learning experience with other students. Li Weichen, a 2019 student made three suggestions for everyone: First, maintain confidence when studying in the dormitory; Second, stay away from mobile phones when studying; Third, maintain good daily routine. Pan Yongzhen, a 2020 student believes that there are pros and cons to online learning, and it is quite necessary to maintain self-discipline and spend more time discussing with classmates and teachers. Xing Sichen, a 2020 student mentioned that the advantage of online learning is that you can watch the course playback at any time. Everyone can arrange time reasonably and make full use of electronic products to improve learning efficiency.
“With the concerted efforts of both ordinary people and the authority, we can succeed; and with will to fight adversity in close solidarity, we can win.” In the future, the faculty will continue to provide opportunities for students to communicate and help each other, keep studying in step with thinking, and welcome the spring together.
