Recently, a serial activity called “The First Class” 2021 in NENU held by Center for Faculty Teaching Development, School of Teacher Education Research of NENU, came to a successful close. 26 full-time teachers who just got into work and postdoctoral teachers from 14 schools gave lectures on “The First Class” 2021 in NENU.
As an important part of the on on-the-job training for teachers who just got into work, this activity is consists of self-introduction of teachers, classroom teaching display, students’ evaluation and feedback on teaching, etc., which aims at putting the concept of NENU’s “creative education” into practice, guiding new teachers to focus on teaching, devote themselves to teaching, and study teaching, creating an excellent education and teaching culture atmosphere, extending the practice platform for teachers’ teaching development, and promoting teachers’ teaching development.
