On April 23rd, NENU convened the promotion meeting for the construction of undergraduate virtual simulation experimental teaching project. Present at the meeting are deputy deans of each school (department) in charge of experimental teaching, the person in charge of the 2021 undergraduate virtual simulation experimental teaching project, and relevant personnel from the Academic Affairs Office.
At the meeting, Lin Shan, Deputy Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Huang Yubin, Deputy Dean of the School of Chemistry, Bu Zhaojun, Deputy Dean of the School of Geographical Sciences, and Xu Peng, Deputy Dean of the School of Media Science (School of Journalism) shared talks on the topics ranging from the selection of high-quality resources to the concept of virtual simulation project construction of the “National Sharing Platform for the Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Course”. Han Dong from the Faculty of Education, Ju Xingda from the School of Psychology, Wang Wenyong and Zhang Wenliang from the School of Information Science and Technology and other project leaders reported the progress of the project. Finally, Professor Wang Haitao from the School of Life Sciences shared his experience on the construction of the first-class courses, the application requirements and other issues that we need to attend to.
