Fang Ning, Mongolian nationality, is a 2018 undergraduate student majoring in ideological and political education (public-funded program) in the School of Politics and Law of NENU, executive chairman of NENU’s student union, and a probationary member of the Communist Party of China. He has won the first prize of speaker of the national university students’ ideological and political course, and the special award of the Teaching Innovation Competition among normal universities in Jilin Province.
