Recently, in response to the Ministry of Education’s call for “MOOC to Western China”, promote the sharing of educational resources, and create a community for the development of smart educational resources for university teachers in the east and west, NENU and Inner Mongolia Minzu University launched an online synchronized classroom teaching activity with the theme of “Ideology, Morality and Rule of Law”, realizing that the teachers and students of the two universities attend the same class.
This class was taught by Professor Ke Honggang from School of Marxism, NENU, and hosted by Professor Li Sheng from Inner Mongolia Minzu University. The class led a total of more than 430 students from the two universities into an ideological journey of seeking truth, goodness, and beauty. With the theme of socialist core values, the lectures revolved around students’ growth confusion, family and country feelings, and the world’s current situation. Practical and targeted cases in life were integrated into the classroom, so that students can deeply understand the connotation of socialist core values, which can help students strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and help them grow into good students in a new era who have ideals, dare to take responsibility, can endure hardships, and are willing to struggle with difficulties.
