At the symposium, the two sides exchanged views on graduate internship, teacher recruitment and graduate employment, training of principals and backbone teachers in primary and secondary schools, teaching and research in primary and secondary schools and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, pairing and co-construction of primary and secondary schools in Harbin New District and primary and secondary schools affiliated to NENU, and the formation and activities of alumni associations.
