From October 20 to 23, the 2023 National "Tian Jiabing Cup" Teaching Skills Competition of Subject Teaching (History) for Full-time Masters of Education was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province,which was guided by China National Committee for Graduate Education in Education, sponsored by the Tian Jiabing Foundation, and hosted by Sichuan Normal University.
Chu Yuxuan and Wang Chunmei,master students in subject teaching(History), in Grade 2022, from the School of History and Culture of NENU, won the first prize and third prize in the final competition, and their instructor, Shi Xiaojing was awarded as the Excellent Instructor. Up to now, the School of History and Culture has participated in the competition of this kind for 8 consecutive times since 2015, and all the 16 participants won prizes, including 7 first prizes, 3 second prizes and 6 third prizes.
The annual National "Tian Jiabing Cup" Teaching Skills Competition is the highest-level, largest-scale and most influential nation-wide competition for masters of education and the performances of NENU’s participants in this year fully reflect he effectiveness of high-quality talent cultivation for graduate students of subject teaching (history) over the years.
