Recently, the first session of the mathematical contest in modeling among post-graduates in Jilin Province was held in NENU. The contest lasted for 2 months, covering seven stages including preparation, enrollment, collection of themes, organizing the contest, correspondent review, paper check and live defense. 22 teams from NENU entered the contest. Finally, 1 team was awarded the grand prize; 1 team was awarded the first prize; 2 teams were awarded the second prize; and 6 teams were awarded the third prize.
