The Bilateral Council of China Russia Education Universities Alliance and Academic Forum in 2023 was held in Shaanxi Normal University in November 30. The theme of the forum was “the digital transformation and classroom teaching reform”. It was launched both online and offline. Keynote report, academic forum and alliance council were set.
