To commemorate the 32nd "World Water Day" and the 37th "China Water Week," on March 22nd, the School of Environment, affiliated middle school, and the Jilin Provincial Environmental Protection Propaganda Center jointly organized the "Environment and Future" environmental protection public welfare activity and World Water Day popular science propaganda event.
The School of Environment at Northeast Normal University has always attached great importance to the cultivation of students' social practical abilities. Focusing on the theme of water conservation, they have carried out the "Protecting the Mother River, We Are in Action" series of voluntary service activities for ten consecutive years. These efforts have earned them the "Ninth Mother River Award" Green Team Award and four silver awards, as well as three bronze awards in the China Youth Volunteer Service Project Competition. This makes them the college with the most awards in this category at Northeast Normal University. Additionally, they have been recognized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League as a national demonstration project for water conservation and protection.
