Recently, the "2024 Jilin Province University Martial Arts Championship for International Students" was held at Jilin Institute of Physical Education.
This edition of the competition marked the first time that Jilin Province hosted a martial arts championship specifically for international students, with six universities from the province participating. The competition consisted of two categories: martial arts routines and martial arts sparring. Our university's team performed exceptionally well in this championship, winning 7 gold medals and first place in the group sparring event in the martial arts routines category. In the martial arts sparring category, they also achieved outstanding results with 3 gold medals, 1 bronze medal, and a fifth-place finish.
