On September 27, the inauguration ceremony of NENU Center for Korean and Japanese Communication and the seminar on international cooperation in film, television, and cultural tourism communication between China and Korea were held at our School of Communication Science. Experts and scholars from countries such as South Korea and Japan, along with colleagues from the broadcasting and television arts community in Jilin Province and faculty and students from our School of Communication Science, participated in this event.
Chinese and Korean scholars focused on reality while looking to the future, concentrating on the cutting-edge fields of international communication in cultural tourism between China and Korea. They proposed various cooperation pathways, including sharing resources for film and television content creation and jointly organizing student film exhibitions. These initiatives are of great significance for promoting academic exchanges and co-construction in media studies and film, television, and cultural tourism arts in Northeast Asia, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation, and supporting the development of the media sector in Jilin Province.
