From October 16 to 20, Vice President Wu Zhihui led a delegation to attend the "2024 BRICS University Presidents Forum" and visited Moscow State University and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) at the invitation of the host institutions.
During the visit to Moscow State University, Wu Zhihui held in-depth discussions with the heads of the Department of Geography and the Department of Global Processes on various aspects of comprehensive cooperation, including joint student training programs, academic exchanges among faculty and scholars, and the establishment of joint research centers. Both sides reached an agreement, and after the meeting, Wu Zhihui, on behalf of the university, signed a student joint training agreement with the Department of Geography and the Department of Global Processes of Moscow State University.
During the visit, Wu Zhihui and his delegation also visited some of the students from our university studying at Moscow State University and MIPT. He expressed his appreciation for their ability to adapt to life abroad and their enthusiasm in pursuing their studies.
