Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education officially announced the list of majors that passed the 2024 certification for teacher education programs and mid-term reviews. Our university’s Chemistry and Musicology programs both received Level 3 (highest level) certification, while the Preschool Education, Psychology, and Chinese Language and Literature programs passed the mid-term review.
Moving forward, the university will deeply implement the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee’s Third Plenary Session and the National Education Conference. Guided by the mission of building a strong educational nation and focusing on the spirit of educator excellence, the university will further clarify the training standards for pre-service teachers at both undergraduate and graduate levels. By leveraging the Level 3 certification process, leading educational reforms with exemplary teaching cases, and continuing to deepen systems such as the annual report on professional talent development and the "four-in-one" curriculum quality improvement mechanism, the university aims to build a high-quality teacher training system that emphasizes creativity. This will enhance the professional self-improvement capacity and comprehensively raise the quality of teacher education and talent development.
