On April 28, the Founding Conference of the Jilin Province Degree and Graduate Education Society and the First Jilin Province New Graduate Supervisor Training Conference were held at our university. Over a hundred members from the Jilin Provincial Department of Education, Jilin Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and universities across the province, as well as more than 3,000 new graduate supervisors from the province, attended the conference both online and offline. The theme of the conference was "Deepening Graduate Education Reform and Empowering High-Level Talent Cultivation for High-Quality Development."
In the future, NENU will further optimize the supervisor training system, create brand activities such as "Supervisor Workshops," "Supervisor Exchange Stations," and "Supervisor Industry Visits," to further enhance the educational ability of graduate supervisors.
