To help the Class of 2026 gain a comprehensive understanding of current demands in the education sector and prepare for their careers in advance, the Career Center of NENU organized a series of employment policy briefing sessions from September 25 to 28. The sessions focused on cities with a high concentration of student interest. Renowned educators and outstanding alumni from Changchun, Shenyang, Dalian, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Qingdao were invited to deliver special lectures. The guest speakers provided detailed overviews of the education landscape, recruitment processes, and effective preparation strategies for their respective cities. They also engaged with students through interactive Q&A sessions.
The series of events attracted over 3,000 graduating students. Through detailed policy interpretation and targeted guidance, the sessions enhanced students’ understanding of recruitment policies in their preferred employment locations and significantly improved the focus and precision of their job application preparations. This semester, the Career Center of NENU will continue to host briefings and career guidance activities tailored to specific cities and industries, providing continuous support for graduates in promoting high-quality and full employment.
