In order to explore the path of collaborative development of pedagogical research and academic journals in the era of digital intelligence and promote academic innovation and prosperity of disciplines, the editorial board of the Journal of Northeast Normal University (Philosophy and Social Science Edition), in collaboration with the editorial boards of Studies on Foreign Education, Modern Primary and Secondary Education, and Primary and Secondary Teacher Training, jointly organized the "Conference on the High-Quality Development of Pedagogy and Academic Journals in the Age of Digital Intelligence and the Fifth Forum on the Innovative Development of Academic Journals in the New Era" on Nov 18th, 2025. Wu Zhihui, vice president of NENU and executive editor-in-chief of Primary and Secondary Teacher Training, and Pang Lisheng, deputy secretary of the Party committee of NENU , attended the event, and the relevant persons in charge of education journals and social science journals of more than 20 universities and colleges from all over the country were invited to attend the forum and make speeches.
