NENU Holds 2025 Overseas Educational Practice Achievement Report Meeting

Published:December 31, 2025 Review:

On December 31, NENU held the 2025 Overseas Educational Practice Achievement Report Meeting. Vice President Wu Zhihui attended the meeting alongside representatives from the Academic Affairs Office, Division of International Cooperation and Exchange, relevant departments of various schools and faculties, and all participating student interns.

Student representatives delivered reports on educational practices conducted in Taiwan and Finland. From August 2 to August 22, three normal students from the School of Chinese Language and Literature, the School of Mathematics and Statistics, and the School of Geographical Sciences traveled to Finland. Through immersive visits and in-depth exchanges, the program successfully widened students’ international perspectives and enhanced their cross-cultural teaching awareness and reflective abilities. The visit further strengthened NENU’s cooperative relationships with the University of Helsinki and Tampere University of Applied Sciences, laying a solid foundation for future faculty-student exchanges, joint research, and curriculum co-construction.

From November 30 to December 14, eighteen normal students from the School of Chinese Language and Literature, School of International Studies, School of Mathematics and Statistics, School of Physics, School of Chemistry, School of Life Sciences, School of Music and Dance, and School of Physical Education traveled to National Taiwan Normal University for educational practice. During this period, students systematically participated in multiple seminars and workshops. They also visited Taipei Municipal Heping High School, New Taipei Municipal Touqian Junior High School, and the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University, observing a total of 54 interdisciplinary and cross-grade-level classes. They also engaged in discussions on teaching design, classroom interaction, and other topics, gaining practical insights and educational experience based on authentic teaching scenarios.

In the future, NENU will continue to upgrade the U-G-S 3.0 teacher education model, further integrate high-quality resources and expand diversified training platforms to empower the cultivation of more high-quality, specialized future teachers who can meet the needs of education development in the new era.
