NENU Holds 2026 Recruitment Fair for the Education Industry

Published:April 1, 2026 Review:

To implement the directives of the Ministry of Education and the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government regarding employment for college graduates, and to make every effort to promote high-quality full employment for the Class of 2026, NENU seized the critical period following the conclusion of postgraduate entrance examination and civil service examinations and held the 2026 Spring Semester Recruitment Fair for the Education Industry on March 30 at the Jingyue Campus.

The recruitment fair was designed to meet the talent needs of the education sector. After a careful selection process, a total of 70 high-quality employers participated, covering fields such as educational technology, educational services, after-school education, publishing and media, private higher education institutions, as well as primary and secondary schools. More than 1,500 positions were offered in teaching, operations, management, technology, and other areas, marking a steady increase in scale compared with previous years. The fair adopted a model combining online registration with targeted on-site recruitment, and featured separate exhibition halls as well as one-stop services such as job search assistance, resume guidance, and policy consultation. Counselors also provided resume submission assistance for students who were not on campus. Students from other universities also took part alongside NENU students, with many graduates reaching preliminary employment agreements with employers. During the event, NENU also finalized internship training plans with two listed companies.

This recruitment fair represents NENU’s proactive response to the continued contraction in the supply of public-sector education positions. It also serves as an important measure to tap market resources and respond to graduates’ growing interest in pursuing careers in the education sector. This semester, NENU will continue to host medium-scale and large-scale recruitment fairs at the Jingyue Campus, further expand employment channels, and provide high-quality platforms to help graduates realize their aspirations in the endeavor of building a great country.
