To further implement the holistic approach to national security and deepen national security education among young people, the Department of Security of the NENU Party Committee and the School of Politics and Law jointly held a National Security Education Day publicity event with the Department of Public Security and Department of State Security of Jilin Province at Jingyue Campus on April 15. The event was themed "National Security Safeguards the Nation; Youth Shoulder the Mission."
Officials and professional staff from the two provincial departments engaged in in-depth exchanges with faculty members and students, patiently answering their questions and concerns. Through these exchanges, participants were guided to develop a deeper understanding of the complex challenges facing national security and to recognize their own responsibilities and obligations in safeguarding it.

Through its face-to-face and highly interactive format, the event helped the holistic approach to national security take deeper root among young people and inspired students to devote themselves to becoming loyal defenders of national security.
