NENU's Students Achieve Good Results in the Final of the 17th National Mathematics Competition for College Students

From April 17 to 19, the final of the 17th National Mathematics Competition for College Students was held in Sichuan University and some undergraduates of NENU achieved good results. Zhang Kai, from the School of Mathematics and Statistics of NENU, won the first prize in the senior group of mathematics, Wang Wenshuo and Yin Zhongjia won the second prize in the senior group of mathematics,Tang Xi won the second prize in the junior group of mathematics, Chen Zhizhong, Yuan Jikun and Zhu Pengfei won the third prize in the senior group of mathematics, and Zhao Guifu won the third prize in the junior group of mathematics. Jiang Ao, from the School of Information Science and Technology, won the third prize in Category A for non-mathematics majors. The National Mathematics Competition for College Students is one of the most influential mathematics competitions sponsored by the Chinese Mathematical Society.
