On April 24, NENU and Jilin Provincial Institute of Education held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement.
Attending the ceremony were Shan Liancheng, Party Secretary of the Jilin Provincial Institute of Education; Tong Meng, President of the institute; and Zhao Zhunsheng, Vice President of the institute, as well as Xu Haiyang, President of NENU; Xue Lifeng, Vice President of NENU; and Bai Bing, Assistant to the President. The ceremony was presided over by Xue Lifeng.
During the ceremony, and in the presence of university and institute leaders including Xu Haiyang, Shan Liancheng, and Tong Meng, Xue Lifeng and Zhao Zhunsheng signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on behalf of the two institutions, marking a new milestone in their bilateral cooperation.
