The second session of the “Advanced Training Program on AI-Empowered High-Quality Employment for Normal University Graduates,” guided by the Department of College Students Affairs under the Ministry of Education, organized by the National College Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship Steering Committee for the Education Sector, and hosted by NENU, was held in Hangzhou from May 20 to 24. A total of 119 faculty members and career services professionals from more than 80 universities across 24 provinces and municipalities participated in the program. Focusing on the theme of enhancing employment competencies through artificial intelligence, participants engaged in intensive training and professional exchanges aimed at exploring innovative approaches to supporting the high-quality employment of normal university graduates in the new era.
As the host institution, NENU played a leading role in providing professional guidance and integrating resources, bringing high-level planning and meticulous organization to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program. NENU implemented a comprehensive management framework covering all stages of the program, from curriculum design to the application of training outcomes, thereby laying a solid foundation for the establishment of a sustainable AI-enabled training system for employment services.
