From June 26th to 28th, the 21st Annual Conference of American History Research Association of China and the Academic Symposium on "American Historical Narrative and Research Methods", hosted by American History Research Association of China and organized by Social Science Office of NENU and the Institute of American Studies of the School of History and Culture, were held in NENU. Experts and scholars from the universities and research institutions such as Peking University and the Institute of World History of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences attended the meeting. Professor Pang Lisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of NENU, Professor Dong Haozhi of the School of History and Culture of NENU, Professor Liang Maoxin, Chairman of American History Research Association of China, and Professor Li Jianming of the Department of History of Fudan University delivered speeches successively.
